1 SERVICE AND PRODUCTS
1.1 The published last order date for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is the nearest full working day to 12th December.
Any later dates published are Flowers at 166 target and not a contractual commitment and are dependent upon the level of sales, the levels of stock held and the current performance of the carriers.
1.2 While photography and descriptions are intended to be accurate, Flowers at 166 reserves the right to substitute items of similar or greater value if, for any reason, those stated are unavailable.
1.3 Alcohol is only available for sale to persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order containing alcohol the purchaser shall be deemed to have confirmed that they are at least 18 years old.
2 DELIVERIES
2.1 Deliveries are made by appointed carriers depending on the destination, and the product, or as specifically agreed with the purchaser. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, (excluding bank and national holidays). Should Christmas Eve, Valentines or Mothers Day full on a Sunday we do deliveries on Sundays. To allow for weekends, holidays, time differences, delivery distance, customs clearance etc., it is advisable for purchasers to place orders two working days or more before a chosen delivery date. The vendors aim to despatch goods to arrive as close as possible to that date or a day before, taking account the delivery time and whether any perishable items are included in the order.
2.2 In the event of non delivery within the UK due to an incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the purchaser, or if the recipient specified by the customer refuses to accept the goods, Flowers at 166 reserves the right to make a charge of a minimum of 50% of the original order for re-directing or re-sending the order. All Prices stated on our site are for delivery to the UK only which includes destinations throughout England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Isle of Man.
2.3 Delivery is made to the address given if no one is home we will try to leave with a neighbour or leave in a secluded area and will post a sorry you were out card stating were the flowers have been left.
3 CANCELLATION & CLAIMS
3.1 Should the purchaser, for any reason, request to cancel an order prior to despatch, the purchaser agrees to reimburse any loss incurred by Flowers at 166. Notification of damages or non-delivery must be made in writing to the vendor within 21 days of the due delivery date.
